About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Concord, North Carolina, and handles self-storage plus auto and boat storage. The units listed are all indoor and climate controlled, and access runs around the clock, which helps if you are dropping a rig off after work. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Crystal gets named a lot for walking people through move-in and fixing issues, and Olivia and Alivi show up too. People describe the office as polite and welcoming and the space itself as clean. One reviewer on Stough Rd said they were about to cancel and got moved into the size they needed instead. There are some rough notes. One former customer wrote that missing payments got them pushed out, with access tied to office hours. Worth knowing before you sign. Reservations are free online, and you can rent without visiting the counter.
