About Public Storage
This Columbus Public Storage handles more than just household goods. You can park an RV, boat, or vehicle in a drive-up unit, and some spaces come with 24-hour access. Sizes go up to 10x30, so there's room for longer rigs. The grounds get mentioned for being clean. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, especially Heather. She's described as kind and thorough, walking people through the rental agreement and even showing units so they can judge the size. One customer noted she explained how to use the lock and went over office hours. Others mention quick setup and a courteous clerk. On the downside, one reviewer complained about a rent increase after three months. It's worth asking about terms when you reserve. The location is wheelchair accessible, and online rental lets you skip the counter.
