About Public Storage
This is a Public Storage spot in Columbia, and the reviews are strong: 4.9 stars across 433 of them. What comes through most is the staff. Reviewers name Katie, Shannon and Kristen over and over, and the theme is the same each time. Patient, clear, willing to walk you through the rental from start to finish. The site handles more than household stuff. Vehicle parking is listed alongside the regular units, with drive-up access on the large outdoor spaces, so you can pull the rig right to the door. Some units are climate controlled. There is a 24/7 access option, and the property is listed as wheelchair accessible with accessible parking. Reserving online is free, and the eRental option lets you skip the counter and head straight to the unit. People mention the space they reserved was clean and sized right, and the move-in process felt smooth. Plenty of reviewers say they would recommend the location to others.
