About Public Storage
Public Storage on the west side of Cleveland rents covered, indoor and outdoor spots for RVs, boats and cars, plus regular self-storage units. The lot is gated with keypad and electronic entry, lit, and open 24/7. Drive-up access means you can pull right up to your space. The front desk gets most of the praise in reviews, over and over people mention kind, patient staff who explain the process and answer questions without rushing. A few reviewers name employees who sorted out problems or walked them through their rental. Others call the facility secure and the units clean. Not every review is warm. Some renters have complained about dirty units and pests, and one driver had to shovel a path to an outdoor vehicle after snow wasn't cleared, then lift a gate that wouldn't open. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you commit.
