About Public Storage
Public Storage on Citrus Heights keeps a 4.9 rating across 538 Google reviews, and the staff names come up again and again. Sarah, Raenell, Breanna, and Aundrea each get called out by reviewers for walking them through unit sizes and pricing without a rush. One person described arriving tired and grumpy and still getting helped through a snag. Units run from small 5x10 inside spaces up to a 10x30 outside unit with a rollup door and drive-up access. Indoor options are available too, including ground-floor units near a door or elevator. Reviewers mention the 5x10 as enough room for a studio or one-bedroom apartment's worth of stuff, and note the space stays clean and cool. Access is 24/7, and there are carts and a dolly or two around to move your things. Entry and exit run one way with an arrow marking the route. Online rental lets you skip the counter, and reserving a space is free with no commitment.
