About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Cincinnati and runs as a self-storage and automobile storage facility, with boat storage also listed among its categories. Access is gated and open around the clock, so you can get to your rig on your own schedule. Online rental lets you skip the counter. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Dede and Didi get named for being friendly and helpful, and one customer called Dede the best property management they have met at any storage facility. Others describe a smooth move-in and say the place seems clean and safe. It is not all praise. One reviewer found the property a bit neglected on arrival, and another complained about never finding anyone in the office and being charged twice in a week and a half. A long-term tenant flagged repeated rate increases without notice. Worth reading the full reviews before you commit.
