About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Chicopee, and it is the kind of place where the staff gets named in the reviews. Ivy and Ivelisse come up again and again for being patient with first-time renters, walking people through the paperwork, and showing units before anyone commits. Joe and James get a nod too for taking the time to walk the property. The units here are inside the building, ranging from small 5x5s up to medium 5x15s, with some rollup doors and spots close to the entrance. There is also a 10x10 outside unit with drive-up access. Access runs 24/7, and the property is wheelchair friendly. Reviewers mention the property being clean and the move-in process going quickly. One recent review is less kind, describing a locked office and trouble getting a unit size changed. Most of the feedback is positive, and the online rental option lets you skip the counter on move-in day.
