About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Chicago and rents indoor and drive-up units. You can reserve online for free with no commitment, and the eRental option lets you skip the counter on move-in day. The place is open 24/7, so you're not racing a gate clock. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Drew comes up often for walking people through units and answering questions, and others mention patience from the team when helping a parent pick a space. Several reviews call the property well-maintained and clean. Not every review is glowing. One mentions a possible water leak and a wish to switch units. The overall rating is 4.5 from 346 reviews. The company says it has been giving personal attention for nearly 50 years. The unit list covers inside and outside spaces with swing or rollup doors, some with drive-up access.
