About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Polymer Drive handles more than household clutter. The listings cover covered, indoor and outdoor parking, and RV and boat storage are both on the menu alongside car and business storage. The lot is gated with keypad and electronic gate access, and there's an on-site manager. Drive-up access makes it easier to pull in and out. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Mary gets named a lot, once for checking on a customer's unit in the heat and keeping the place clean. Others call out Tory and Anna for being kind and patient with questions. A few people mention picking unit size and paying bills online without trouble. The rating sits at 4.7 across 484 reviews. Not everyone is happy. Some reviews describe trouble getting callbacks after signing up, and a handful mention rats. Worth reading the recent ones yourself before you commit. Reserving a space is free with no commitment, and the eRental option lets you skip the counter.
