About Public Storage
This is a Public Storage location off in Cary, part of a national chain that has been renting units for close to 50 years. For RV owners, the site lists covered, indoor and outdoor storage, plus boat and car storage. The property is gated with keypad and electronic gate access, and it's open 24/7, so you can pull in when it fits your schedule rather than the office's. Reviews here average 4.7 stars across 457 ratings, and the staff comes up again and again. People describe them as kind and helpful, and a couple of reviewers mention Josh by name for walking them through the facility and sorting out a lock problem. The online rental option gets some praise too for skipping the counter. Not everyone is happy. Some reviewers warn about rate increases over time, and a few say reaching a live person by phone is a struggle. Worth reading a mix of reviews before you commit.
