About Public Storage
Public Storage on Bourbonnais keeps RVs, boats and cars behind a gated, lit entry with keypad access. Covered, indoor and outdoor spots are all listed, and drive up access makes loading and unloading simpler. Online eRental lets you skip the counter and head straight to your unit. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Across 418 Google reviews and a 4.9 rating, Tracy comes up again and again. People describe her as helpful, friendly and happy to answer questions, and several mention she walked them through the space before they signed. A few call out how clean and well kept the property stays. One reviewer did flag a snag: booking through the 800 number got them a gravel spot when they wanted a roll down garage, so it is worth being specific about the type of space you need. The same reviewer still had good things to say about the staff. Hours are posted, and the office is not open around the clock.
