About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Boise side runs both indoor and outdoor units, and some of the larger outside spots are set up for vehicles and boats. Drive-up access makes backing a rig in less of a project. The property has been reviewed 138 times and sits at 4.2 stars. Reviewers tend to mention the staff first. Several call out specific employees by name for being kind and helpful, and one driver stuck in the heat got a jump from an employee. Others describe the grounds as clean and the rental process as smooth, and the gate that opens with your phone comes up more than once. Not everything lands well. Some reviewers flagged fees that weren't clear up front, and a few mention rate increases coming around every few months. Another had a dispute over where a trailer was parked. Worth reading the fine print before you sign.
