About Public Storage
This is a Public Storage location in Berwyn, and it handles more than household overflow. The category list includes automobile, boat and RV storage, so there's a spot for a rig here alongside the usual self-storage units. Units range from medium 10x10 up to large 10x25. Some are ground floor with rollup doors, others sit inside with elevator access and climate control. Access is available 24/7, and the building has a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. Online eRental lets you skip the counter, and reserving a space is free with no commitment. With 382 Google reviews and a 4.9 rating, the staff get most of the credit. Reviewers name Harry and Michael for walking them through sizing, billing and move-in procedures, and several mention packing tips. Not every review is glowing, though: one person describes trouble reaching anyone in the office during posted hours.

What renters mention
“This is a 5-star review for Rachel -- but a 1-star review for Mike. (If I could leave negative stars for him, I would.) I never rented from Public Storage, but my late husband did rent 2 units.” – Jessica W., 5 months ago, on Google
“My wife had issues reserving a storage location because of systems issues. However, when we got here, Harry was exceptionally helpful. He showed the available spaces and put us at ease since we needed to move things asap.” – Bernard A., a year ago, on Google
“Michael at front desk has been incredibly helpful during our use of this facility. He is always quick to answer questions, explain billing and open opportunities for moving to bigger/smaller units as needed. The site is very clean!” – cynthia s., a year ago, on Google
