About Public Storage
Public Storage in Benbrook keeps its gates open around the clock, so you can get to your rig whenever you need. The property is gated and lit, and reviewers often mention the staff by name. Danielle and Melissa come up repeatedly for being friendly, easy to talk to, and quick to answer questions. You can park an RV, boat, or car here, with covered, indoor, and outdoor options listed. The rental process gets good marks too. One reviewer said the base rent and fees were clearly laid out, so they knew exactly what they were paying for. Another mentioned downsizing quickly and finding a solution that worked. Not every review is glowing. One long-time customer said the rent has gone up frequently since the latest company took over, and they're moving out. So ask about current pricing when you reserve. The facility also offers climate-controlled self storage and a moving supply store on site if you need either.
