About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Bellevue and rents self storage units, with 24/7 access for tenants. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Harim, Robin, Jose F. and JM all get named for walking people through the app, the gate and the locks, and for showing a new renter to their unit in person. The building reads as new and clean in the reviews, and several people mention elevator access. First-time renters say setup was quick, and at least one got moved to a bigger unit on the spot when the first one did not fit. The company says it has been giving personal attention for nearly 50 years, and online eRental lets you skip the counter. Not every review is glowing. One visitor waited two hours and found nobody at the desk, and said calls about canceling auto-pay went unreturned. Worth knowing before you sign up.
