About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Austin and offers climate-controlled units in a range of sizes, from small 5x5 to large 10x15. Some are upstairs with elevator access, others are inside on the first floor. Access is 24/7, and there's a computer kiosk for checking in. Reviewers often mention the clean property and temperature control. Emilio gets consistent praise for being helpful and knowledgeable. But not all feedback is positive: several reviews report rat infestations and broken AC in climate-controlled units. Others note rates that climb every few months, and some say there's no on-site staff, just a customer service screen. It's a mixed bag. The 4.7 rating and 466 reviews show plenty of satisfied customers, but the pest and maintenance complaints are worth reading before you commit. If you do stop by, the office can help with moving supplies.
