About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Reinli St in Austin and handles more than just household overflow. Covered, indoor and outdoor parking are all mentioned, and the listing includes RV, boat and car storage. The property is gated with keypad and electronic gate access, and the lot is lit. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Shana, Jordan, Keith and Elle get named for being patient with questions and walking people through the rental. One renter said the whole process took minutes. Others describe the property as clean and the gates and doors working. Not every review is a rave. One long-term customer called the facility old and dingy and said phone calls went unanswered. Another reported a broken light fixture that went months without repair before staff moved them to a different unit. Worth reading the full reviews before you book.
