About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Aurora and handles more than boxes. The listing covers covered, indoor and outdoor storage, and RV, boat and car storage are all named among the services. Access is through a gated, lit property with keypad entry, and the place is open 24/7 for account holders. Reviews lean heavily on the staff. Alayah and David come up by name, described as friendly, clear about next steps and willing to walk you to your unit and explain how access works. The property itself gets called clean and secure. Renting a unit is the topic reviewers mention most, and most of them say the process was easy. Not every review is warm. One long-time customer wrote about a billing dispute and trouble getting into a unit. Worth reading the full set before you commit. Reservations can be made online, and the eRental option lets you skip the counter.
