About Public Storage
Public Storage on the east side of Aurora runs a clean, well-kept lot with both indoor climate-controlled units and outdoor drive-up spaces. If you need to park a boat or RV, the 10x20 and 10x25 outdoor units with roll-up doors and drive-up access are the ones to look at. The 10x25 is set up for a boat or vehicle. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Jennifer gets named a lot for walking people through the rental and even helping someone to their car. Debbie, the on-site manager, is called helpful and informative. People also mention the place feels clean, safe, and easy to use, and that setting up a new unit goes smoothly. One review from a while back noted a damaged gate that was left open, but staff said it was being replaced and someone was patrolling. Otherwise the site reads as secure. Access is 24/7, and you can rent online and go straight to your unit.
