About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Augusta and handles RVs along with cars, boats and everyday self storage. You can pick from covered, indoor or outdoor spots, and the property is gated with keypad and electronic gate access. Access is 24/7, so you are not racing a closing time after a late haul. The reviews lean heavily on the staff. Out of 423 ratings it holds a 4.8, and a big share of the comments single out the people working there. Reviewers describe Hannah walking them through their first unit and helping pick the right size, and Robert calling back within minutes and working with customers on discounts and account updates. Others mention Chelsea and Marice by name for making the rental process easy. Clean grounds and well-kept property come up too. Online rental lets you skip the counter, and reserving a space is free with no commitment. The office has posted hours. Reviewers also flag climate control and unit size as things the staff are good at explaining.
