About Public Storage
This Public Storage on the Arlington side sits in a self-storage spot that also takes boats and vehicles, so you are not squeezing a rig into a spot meant for a car. Units run from small 5x10 climate-controlled rooms up to large 10x30 drive-up spaces, and 24/7 access means you can roll in when it suits you. Reviewers tend to land on two names. Marty gets called out for going above and beyond during setup, and Aixa gets credit for showing units across locations until someone was sold. Several people describe the staff as patient and thorough when the online system tripped them up. Not every review is warm. One long-term customer watched the bill climb over five and a half years, and another reported rats inside a climate-controlled indoor unit. Someone else had trouble reaching staff by phone. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you commit.
