About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Annandale, Virginia, and the reviews lean heavily on one person: Mr. Gupta, the manager. Reviewers call him professional, kind, and patient with questions. Several mention he walked them through the paperwork and answered everything before they signed. The property comes up as clean in review after review. For bigger rigs, there are outside drive-up units, including sizes listed up to 10x30 for a boat or vehicle, so you can pull in rather than squeeze through a hallway. Climate-controlled and first-floor inside units are on the menu too. Gate access runs 24/7, and you can reserve online and use eRental to skip the counter. Not every review is glowing. One renter complained about pests and a broken light in an inside unit, and another warned that duplicate app payments can cause trouble. Worth knowing before you commit. Bring the rig by and see the space yourself.
