About Public Storage
This Public Storage on the Alexandria side of things runs a big property, and reviewers keep mentioning how clean and well-kept it looks. The lot has outside drive-up bays, including 10x30 spaces set up for RVs, boats, and vehicles, plus an enclosed 10x20 if you want your rig under cover. If you need climate control, there are inside units from 10x10 up to 10x25, some on the ground floor near the elevator. Access is 24/7, and people say getting in and out is easy, with a wide entry. One reviewer had a broken elevator slow down a move-out and said the manager worked with them on the charge. Others single out Danielle by name for being friendly and quick to answer questions during the rental process. Not every review is glowing. One renter complained about a rate increase after the intro period on a vehicle garage. The property is wheelchair accessible, and you can reserve online and skip the counter with eRental.
