About Protection Self Storage Provo
Protection Self Storage Provo runs a locally owned facility in Provo, Utah, and reviews back up the basics: people keep calling it clean and well maintained. The grounds are gated and lit, with cameras and 24/7 access, and the site handles outdoor parking along with car and boat storage. Staff get named a lot. Ben, Sean and Noah come up in reviews for walking people through policies and pricing, and one reviewer said Noah sorted out a discount a third-party booking site had missed. A new customer mentioned a free lock and lights inside the doors. Others talk about last-minute setups and how quickly they got into a unit. Not every review is glowing. One complained about charges beyond the base price, a required lock, insurance that was not optional, and late fees. The rating still sits at 4.8 across 419 reviews, with discounts and affordability showing up often. Climate controlled units and moving supplies are part of the setup.
