About Pro Self Storage - Hammond
Pro Self Storage on Kenwood in Hammond stores more than just household goods. The facility handles vehicles, boats, and RVs, with indoor spots and climate-controlled units available. Access is 24/7 and the property is lit, per the listing. The reviews lean heavily on the staff. Teri and Aaron come up often by name, and people describe the rental process as quick. One reviewer got walked through several spots for their vehicle before choosing one. Another mentioned the overhead door on their spot was a little tight and was offered a wider option. The building itself gets called clean and well-lit, with drive-up docks and carts for moving stuff inside. Not every review is glowing. One renter said they had to buy a specific lock from the office and later saw their rate jump sharply. Worth asking about lock rules and rate changes when you call. The place also earns praise for its old-building character, which comes up in a few reviews.
