About Primrose RV Park
Primrose RV Park sits in Mesa near Loop 202 and US-60, close to Mesa Riverview, Hohokam Stadium and Usery Mountain Regional Park. It handles both full-hookup RV spaces and covered storage, with cameras on site. The layout is part RV park, part mobile home community, and reviews mention both sides. Several reviewers call it the nicest park they have stayed in, pointing to concrete patios, spacious lots and quiet neighbors. Travel nurses and snowbirds have parked here for months at a time. One liked walking the canal path. Others describe a friendly atmosphere among tenants. Not everyone is happy. Some reviews describe sewage backups at specific spots, and communication with management comes up repeatedly as a problem. The rating sits at 3.4 across 104 reviews. It is a trailer park, one reviewer notes, and reads it that way.

What renters mention
“This is the nicest mobile home/RV park we’ve been to so far. My husband is a travel nurse. We have a 38’ travel trailer, and it fits with space to spare. We have a concrete patio, and we park our Dodge Ram next to it.” – Chelsey F., 5 years ago, on Google
“Let's face it, it's a trailer park. However, with that in mind, it's in a nice area of Mesa. I grew up in Mesa and we would always refer to this area as the beginning of the "rich neighborhoods". The park itself is in good condition.” – Jacob A., 2 years ago, on Google
“I am a current resident and after talking with some of the others this place used to be a lot different than it is. Today the tenants all seem to be nice and I enjoy talking with and hanging out with my neighbors.” – Vincent Z., 6 years ago, on Google
