About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits in Wilton, New York, and handles more than just household overflow. The listing covers self storage, vehicle storage, and boat storage, so an RV has a place here alongside the boxes. There is 24/7 access if you need to get in at odd hours, plus cameras and alarm monitoring on site. Reviews land at 4.5 stars across 42 of them, though they split. People mention the price being in line with other places, and a couple note that setting up an account and moving a vehicle in was simple. The complaints are consistent: rates went up after the first month, in one case by more than half, and a few renters say they never got the email notice. Others describe repair requests that sat for weeks. Month-to-month leasing and online payments are part of the setup, and the office sells packing and moving supplies. Climate-controlled units are offered at some locations. If you are comparing lots in the area, ask what the rate will be after the intro period.

What renters mention
“We loved the space (20x30). Had a few issues with the doors. One didn’t lock so we put in a request to have it fixed. Waited 2 months for that to be “repaired”. It still never locked so I’d use vice grips on the inside to lock it down.” – Kenny H., a year ago, on Google
“The people here at Affordable Storage are awesome! I’ve been a customer here for about 5yrs and they are always friendly and will work with you if you simply call and talk to them.” – Scott S., 5 years ago, on Google
