About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on North 23rd Street in Wilmington is a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle storage. Reviewers mention the clean, secure grounds and a staff that's easy to work with, especially Becky, who gets named a lot. People say she shows multiple units when you're unsure of size and helps sort out payment hiccups. The place offers climate-controlled units, 24-hour access for those who pay for it, and boat storage. Month-to-month leases and online account access are part of the setup. Some reviewers note that pricing starts as a good deal but fees can add up after the intro period, including charges for insurance or limited access hours.
