About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on the Warwick side handles outdoor parking for rigs alongside its regular self-storage units. Vehicle storage covers cars, boats, and RVs, and climate controlled units are available at many locations in the chain. Hours are posted, though the gates are not open around the clock. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Chris gets named over and over for walking people through the rental process, answering questions, and staying calm when things go sideways. One reviewer locked their keys in the car on site and the owner drove them home to grab a spare. People also call the place clean and well maintained, and several mention how quick setup was. A few reviews flag rate increases after Prime took over, including one outdoor renter whose monthly bill jumped in the third month. Worth reading the lease terms before you sign. The tradeoff is a 4.8 rating across 183 reviews, with courteous staff mentioned far more than anything else.

What renters mention
“I managed to lock myself out of my car while trying to access the storage unit today …. The owner went above and beyond for me and drove me back to my home so I could retrieve my spare key.” – Ann H., 8 months ago, on Google
“Facility is clean and maintained but in one year, since Prime took over my small storage unit cost went from $110-$190. So I left. The best part was that they auto closed my unit/account within 24 hours of me emptying and taking my lock.” – Micki B., Edited 5 months ago, on Google
“Chris Brown is phenomenal, very professional and kind. He opened my unit years ago, and I just came back in to close it out since I relocated. Super easy process and I would recommend Prime to anyone. Make sure you ask for Chris!” – Amber F., 7 months ago, on Google
