About Prime Storage
Prime Storage in Wappingers Falls is a self-storage spot that also handles vehicle storage for cars, boats, and RVs. They have indoor units and climate control, and you can get to your rig 24/7. The place has a 4.5-star rating from 171 Google reviews, and a lot of people bring up the staff. Fifteen reviews mention kind staff, and a handful call out quick responses and attention to detail. Security comes up too, with several reviewers noting the facility feels secure. But reviews aren't all good. Several people complain about fees and rate hikes, and some say the gate has been left open for long stretches. A few mention poor snow removal and a unit door that came off its track. One reviewer says the property wasn't kept up well, with the lawn going a month without mowing. So it's a mixed bag: solid staff and access, but watch for extra costs and maintenance issues. Before you commit, ask about the total monthly cost and what happens if the gate is down. The staff seems willing to work with you on price, based on one reviewer's experience.
