About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits on the self-storage side of things in Vero Beach, and the reviews repeat a few names. Jeff, the general manager, comes up often for being warm and quick to respond, and tenants say he checks in on people. Lisa gets credit for helping someone find the right unit and upgrading them when they needed more room. Justin is called knowledgeable and friendly. Reviewers describe the property as clean and well cared for. One person reserved a unit over the phone after talking to Angela, and another had a storage unit auction paperwork snag that got sorted out on site. The office handles car storage and climate-controlled units, and 24-hour access is mentioned in reviews as a reason people like it here. The category listing covers cars, boats, RVs and motorcycles, so it is worth asking what fits your rig. Rates are described as affordable in one review.
