About Prime Storage
This Prime Storage sits in Tampa and covers more than household goods. The company says many of its locations offer climate-controlled units plus vehicle storage for cars, boats, RVs and motorcycles. Reviewers tend to talk about the people. One manager, Don, comes up again and again for being helpful and easy to deal with. Susan gets named too, for walking someone through the options and switching their unit when the first one did not fit. Others call the place clean and the setup quick. The rating sits at 4.7 across 376 Google reviews, and the facility is wheelchair accessible. Not every review is warm. One person complained about being charged a full month after giving 15 days notice, despite lobby signs saying otherwise. Worth reading the fine print on any lease before you sign.
