About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits off Enterprise Drive in State College, a few blocks from where Whitehall Road meets College Avenue. It serves State College and Pine Grove Mills, and reviews often mention the staff by name, including Brant, who gets called helpful, welcoming, and quick to answer questions. Reviewers bring up clean units, easy access, and smooth move-ins and move-outs. Several Penn State families use it for summer dorm storage, and more than one has come back for a second year. Reviewers also flag that small units are clean and that business storage pricing works for them. Some reviews are less happy. A few renters say advertised low rates climbed after the first months as demand went up, and one person paid by phone for a unit that turned out not to be at the Enterprise Drive location. Ask about the total cost and any insurance before you sign. The facility offers self storage, packing and moving supplies, and online payments.
