About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on the Somerville side handles more than boxes. The category list includes vehicle and boat storage, so an RV or trailer has a place here alongside regular units. Access is 24/7 by keyless entry, and cameras watch the property. Reviews land at 4.5 stars across 279 of them, and the staff come up again and again: Maria, Kellie, and Mario get named for being patient and helpful at the desk. One renter booked summer storage for student belongings and said the unit matched the advertised size and stayed clean with good ventilation and A/C. Another liked the loading dock and having their own access. Not everyone is happy. One reviewer measured a 10x15 unit at closer to 10x12.5, and another had a long fight over a promotion that was promised as a gift card. Climate controlled units are available at many locations, so ask what this one has. Month-to-month leasing and online payments are standard, and there's a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. Packing supplies are sold on site if you're mid-move.
