About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits in Simpsonville and covers more than just household clutter. The location handles car, boat, and RV storage alongside regular self-storage units, and many units are climate controlled. Access runs 24/7 and cameras watch the property. Reviewers give it 4.7 stars across 340 Google reviews, and a lot of the praise lands on the staff. One customer thanked a manager by name for walking her through downsizing, prices, and the do's and don'ts of storing. Others call the units clean and the setup easy, and several mention feeling their things were safe there. The rent is the sticking point. Multiple reviewers say the intro rate climbs every few months, one within 18 months to nearly triple, and a few complain about insurance charges added to the bill. Read the contract closely before you sign. Month-to-month leases and online payments are part of the setup.
