About Prime Storage
Prime Storage in Orem is a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle storage for cars, boats, and RVs. It sits in a part of town with quick freeway access, which makes dropping off a rig less of a chore. Reviewers often bring up the staff by name. Jack, Makenzee, and Sarah get called out for being helpful and kind, and for pointing people toward the right unit instead of upselling. The cleanest unit and unit selection come up a lot in reviews. One reviewer said it was the easiest and most responsive storage they had used. The same spot has its critics. A couple of reviewers complained about big rate hikes after they signed on, so it pays to read the lease terms. For an RV owner who wants a clean lot and people who know the units, this one is worth a look.
