About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on the Newington side runs a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle storage for cars, boats, and motorcycles. Indoor units are available, some climate controlled, with cameras and alarm monitoring on site. Reviewers bring up the office staff by name more than once, and the sign-up process comes across as quick and clearly explained. A few mention being walked out to the unit to check it was clean before moving in. Long-term renters report the grounds stay clean and they feel secure leaving their things. The honest notes are worth knowing. One reviewer said the gate sometimes sticks open or shut, and another found the climate-controlled building too cold in winter and too warm in late summer. Snow removal got mixed marks, with a suggestion to clear the area in front of your unit yourself. Rates drew praise as fair, though one renter flagged a sizable increase. Month-to-month leasing and 24/7 online rentals are offered.
