About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits in Newburgh, NY, and the reviews are a mixed bag. Staff get named in the good ones, with one reviewer saying Kristen knows her stuff and made the rental quick. Others mention helpful, knowledgeable people on site. The complaints tend to be about money. Reviewers describe rates climbing after move-in, one noting a unit went from under 200 to over 400 in a year. Another says 24/7 access was pulled. A separate review describes rodent problems in a unit and a dispute over blame. On the practical side, the location lists climate controlled units and parking for cars, boats, and RVs alongside regular self storage. There are dollies and carts, online payments, and packing supplies on hand. Hours are posted, and it is not a 24-hour operation by default.
