About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits on Mount Pleasant Avenue in Newark, close to NJ-21 and I-280, so it's easy to reach from East Orange, Bloomfield, and other nearby towns. The place is lit, and reviewers often mention the polite staff. One person said the crew is friendly and detail-oriented, and another praised an employee named Genesis for being outstanding. The elevator got an upgrade, and people say it's big enough for moving day. Not all reviews are positive. Some mention rats, water leaks, and mold in units. A few complain about price increases and fees. Others had a mix-up with their unit but said the staff fixed it quickly. The facility offers climate-controlled units, moving carts, and packing supplies. With a 4.5-star average from over 540 Google reviews, most people seem satisfied, but it's worth reading the recent ones yourself. Hours are posted, and online payments are available. If you need a last-minute unit, a couple of reviewers said they got one.
