About Prime Storage
Prime Storage runs a self-storage facility in New Haven that also handles vehicle storage, and reviewers keep coming back to the same two things: how clean the place is and how good the staff are. More than thirty reviews single out the team as helpful, and one renter remembered a staffer leaving a purchased lock open in the unit so they would not have to fight the packaging. People describe the grounds as new, modern, and well organized, easy to walk through and easy to reach, with several noting the location works for them. Reviewers call out Lea, Mike, and Curtis by name for walking them through questions and helping them pick a unit that fit what they were storing. Not every note is glowing. One reviewer was let down by the extra costs, a one-time admin fee and an insurance requirement, saying that made the free first month feel less free. Climate controlled and boat storage are offered at many locations in the chain.
