About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits in Marco Island and handles the usual mix: self storage, climate controlled units, and vehicle spots for cars, boats, and motorcycles. Leases run month to month, and you can rent online or pay online. Cameras watch the property, and access is available around the clock. The reviews lean heavily on one person. Ryan comes up again and again, described as knowledgeable, patient, and happy to walk a contractor through the building or hand out water on a 90 degree day. Reviewers also call the units clean and well sized for what they needed. One complaint stands out: a customer said their monthly rate roughly doubled between December and August, so ask about pricing before you sign. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking are available. Packing and moving supplies are sold on site, and carts are on hand for loading.

“There’s only one gentleman running this place and he’s doing a great job. Super helpful and deserves a raise for working in no AC at times and shoddy internet. The units are clean and perfectly sized for our needs.” – Florida G., 4 months ago, on Google
“Once I moved items into the storage unit, the company almost doubled the monthly charge. I signed an agreement in December for $188 per month. By August, they had raised their rate to $323.” – William S., Edited a month ago, on Google
