About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on the main road in Loudon handles self-storage plus vehicle spots for cars, boats, RVs, and motorcycles. Drive-up access makes it simple to pull in and unload. The facility is well lit, and locks are available to buy on site if you forget one. Most of the 140 Google reviews land on the staff. Reviewers name Ralph and Mike and say they are helpful, friendly, and quick to sort out problems. One person reserved online and had a gate code issue that got fixed in minutes. Another called it the best unit they had rented in 20 years, with more space than expected. Not every review is glowing. A few people complain about snow and ice piled in front of units, and one mentioned a damaged door and gaps in a first unit before being moved to another. Worth knowing if you plan to visit in winter. Climate controlled units are offered at many locations in the chain.
