About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on the north side of Lexington handles RVs along with cars and boats, and it comes up often in reviews for climate controlled units. The property is gated and monitored by cameras, and the lot is well lit. You get your own gate code and can come and go any hour, which matters if you're loading up before a trip or rolling in late. Reviewers call it clean more than anything else, and several mention the staff by name, saying R.D. and Larry were patient and helpful during move-in. Pricing gets described as fair. One caution: a reviewer trying to find an indoor unit said the rows are a maze and there's no map, so ask for directions at the office before you start driving around. Indoor storage is the option mentioned, and climate control comes up in reviews for people storing gear between trips. The office is staffed during business hours. Call ahead for unit sizes and current rates.

What renters mention
“I’ve had an excellent experience with this storage facility. The security is top-notch — the property is always clean, well-lit, and fully monitored, which gives me total peace of mind. The customer service is just as impressive.” – Emily D., 7 months ago, on Google
“Everything was clean, well planned and an excellent value. IF there was a MAP of how to find your locker I would give it a perfect rating. There is a QR code for information but no map.” – Stephanie M., 6 months ago, on Google
“Just moved in and was really apprehensive about the whole process. R.D. was very reassuring and patient about the whole thing. His excellent customer service helped ease a lot of the stress that comes with moving.” – Bwr D., 7 months ago, on Google
