About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on the Highland side runs a self-storage lot that also takes cars, boats, RVs and motorcycles. A good share of the reviews are about the people. Katie and Scott come up often, and reviewers describe them as patient, kind and willing to work with you. One customer who worried when the property changed hands was relieved that Katie stayed on. The space itself gets called clean and secure, and people mention the range of unit sizes and the climate-controlled options. If you want a covered spot for a rig, ask about the vehicle storage side when you call. There is a catch worth knowing. Several reviewers warn about rent increases, one saying two came within a year and another describing monthly jumps on a pair of units. The other facilities nearby lock in a rate for a year, according to one review. Worth asking how pricing works before you sign.
