About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on Garfield is a self-storage spot that also handles vehicle storage, including boats. Reviewers keep mentioning Luz at the front desk. They say she's patient, answers questions, and makes the rental process easy. The facility is clean, and a few people note the elevator and comfortable atmosphere. One reviewer said the top floor gets hot in summer and has a mechanical smell. Another long-term customer left over rate increases and communication after the switch to Prime. Most reviews are positive, though, and staff politeness comes up often. Storage types include climate-controlled units, and there's online payment and packing supplies. Month-to-month leases and move-in trucks are mentioned in their own description. If you need a spot for your RV or boat, give them a call to check availability.
