About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits on Gratiot Avenue at Stephens Road in Eastpointe, close to the Michigan Military Technical & Historical Society. It is a short drive from MI-102, I-94 and I-696, so it draws renters from Fraser, Roseville, St. Clair Shores and the Grosse Pointes. Covered storage is one of the options here, along with climate control and alarm monitoring. Reviews land at 4.5 stars across roughly 498 ratings, and staff get the most mentions. People describe thorough explanations and informative employees. Others point to helpful carts, bright lighting and clean, spacious units. Some mention elevator access. It is not all praise. Several reviewers complain about rent going up every few months, and a few describe fees and billing problems after moving out. One long-term renter said the back gate was down for months and carts were short. Read the lease terms on price changes before you sign. Online payments and packing supplies are available on site.
