About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on Crestview's self-storage scene offers climate-controlled units and vehicle storage for cars, boats, RVs, and motorcycles. The site has cameras and alarm monitoring, and access is available 24/7. Reviewers frequently mention the climate control and clean area, with some noting the elevators and secure facility. Staff get mixed feedback. One reviewer praised Christian for being professional and efficient, and another said Marcie was a big help. But others describe unresolved issues: a burglary where camera footage wasn't released without a court order, and a move-out request that stalled while fees kept accruing. Rent increases have also drawn complaints. Month-to-month leases and online rentals are available. If you need a unit, the virtual kiosk can connect you with an on-site team member. Ask about security procedures and lease terms before you sign.
