About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits in Concord, NC, and rents self storage plus vehicle spots for cars, boats, RVs and motorcycles. It is a self-storage facility at heart, with month-to-month leases and online payment and rentals. The place runs cameras and alarm monitoring, and access is 24/7. Reviewers tend to name the staff. Blake comes up often, described as knowledgeable and quick to follow up, and Mike gets a mention for walking someone through things plainly. People also note clean units and a safe-feeling area. A few mention boat storage and flexibility when renting. The complaints are worth knowing. One reviewer said the rent climbed steadily and they were paying double within a year. Another called the units small for the listed size, with low ceilings, and wasn't a fan of the lock setup. If you want climate controlled space or insurance options, ask about them. Pay on time and you'll likely have a smooth run.
