About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on Booth Road sits just north of U.S. Highway 15-501 and across from Walmart. It's about 15 miles from Jordan Lake and close to UNC Chapel Hill, so it draws students and locals from Carrboro, Southern Village, and Fearrington. The place has a 4.8-star rating from 430 Google reviews. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff. Derek gets called out by name for walking someone through access times and lock specs. Others say the team is personable and quick to fix problems, like moving someone to a different unit after a mix-up and keeping the original price. The units themselves come up as clean in 13 reviews, and climate control gets noticed too, with one renter saying the A/C kept furniture in good shape. Security features include cameras and a lit property, and one reviewer who'd been broken into before felt safe here. You'll see indoor units mentioned, some stacked and reached by a rolling staircase, so ask about access if that matters to you. Pricing gets called fair. A few people note you should set a move-out date, since it's easy to forget what you're paying for.
