About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on the self-storage side of Brooklyn has racked up a 4.7 rating across nearly 600 Google reviews, and the names that come up again and again are Christine, Janelle, Indera, Marquesse and Henry. Reviewers describe a front desk that walks you through the lease and answers questions without rushing. One person called it the smoothest signup they'd had. The facility offers climate controlled units, 24-hour access, video surveillance and alarm monitoring, plus vehicle storage for cars, boats, RVs and motorcycles. Leases are month to month, and you can rent online around the clock. A reviewer who stayed about two years mentioned a warm welcome on every visit, including during the move-out. Other reviewers liked the range of unit sizes and the rates, and a few mentioned the place is well lit and easy to get around. The parking lot and entrance are wheelchair accessible. Packing and moving supplies are sold on site if you show up short a box or two.
